The cops' actions may or may not have been racist, however it is up the jury to decide if these deaths are within the legal homicide wireframe given to cops through the court at their own discretion. Racial targeting could have been a tactic against the cop, however it was obviously will no avail, the case showed that these people were killed within the allowances of policemen. This wasn't a case of race, it was a case of police allowance.
