So basically I wasted my time fully upgrading these exotics. Now I have to re upgrade them? F off Bungie.

you don't have to... you can keep them exactly as you have them now.

So you want a new weapon, with better stats, and you want Xûr to upgrade it for you as well? If you want next year's model you have to sell your old one at a loss... Xûr isn't a charity or non-profit

I want to continue upgrading, instead of having to wait a week just to buy material to upgrade. And why would I want to re upgrade all my stats just to 30 more attack? They could have added on to the upgrades.

You can't keep upgrading because the weapon you have is already at its max. It was a good weapon and you were happy to upgrade it at the time. Now the manufacturer released a new model and it's offering a trade-in... If you want that extra 30 hp that's the deal. My point is: it's not the same weapon. It's a new model with the same name.

It's the same weapon with a little bit extra attack. It fires the same, it looks the same, it has the same stats, and has the same upgrades. When you upgrade 11 exotics, then come talk to me. They take forever to upgrade and this is just a slap to the face for us who have upgraded these weapons. The fact that they don't give any benefits for the people who have them maxed, pisses me off.

And you do have a benefit, you can get a new one for just 7 coins plus change. If you don't want that you always have the option of getting the new one for 23 coins and keeping your old one

No one is forcing you to talk to me. And yes, it must hurt to realize how much of a whiny bitch one sounds like when faced with real arguments. But sure, go ahead, keep winning... Who knows, maybe your mom will buy you the new gun and upgrade it for you. <muted>
