2 RepliesI think that the reset should just reset the damage slots on the exotics. Leave all the perks and make us redo the damage. That seems at least a bit more fair than having to do the whole thing over again.

3 RepliesBungie, What about Hawk Moon and Monte Carlo? How will Playstation players level these up? Sense Xur matches on both PS and Xbox, will we have an option of upgrading these exotics? Or, do we have to hold onto them until Fall 2015 to upgrade?

21 RepliesWhilst I am pleased to see that current Exotics will be upgradeable to keep them in line with the new Exotics of the Dark Below, I am disappointed to hear that the progression will be lost. I have all but 2 of the currently available Exotics, all upgraded.I have put in a lot of time, effort, XP,, Glimmer and resources (Ascendants, planet materials etc) and will have nothing to reflect this. I will be in exactly the same position as someone who has just acquired, never used or upgraded a single aspect of the weapon.. Its a big kick in the teeth. I don't want to get a Telemetry for all that effort either but think we should keep our progress and NOT have to go through the whole leveling up process again.

How is it fare that someone who has already maxed an exotic and someone who has never worked on one will be at the same point of progression towards the higher tier... All those bounties were apparently for nothing, wow

3 RepliesOkay so take thorn for example, 12 upgrade slots (as two upgrade simultaneously at two seperate intersects), with the nightfall bonus amplifier it takes roughly 5-6 bounties to go round one hole upgrade slot (or 18 strikes roughly lol) so thats 10 -12 days moderate grind to upgrade thorn alone, as you obviously can't carry two primaries. ( let alone 2 exotics of any kind ), the only way I could possibly justify the reset is if afterwards I can now carry two/ three exotics when cashing in bounties... Does anyone else agree?

Bungie, you have too many gorram currency items! V-marks, C-marks, motes, strange coins, glimmer, and now commendations. 6 currencies that block up inventory space & keep PvE players out of half the tower vendors. Pick 3, and make THEM important!

2 RepliesIt’s not good enough we leveled up vanguard and all factions ranks. Now we have to rank up commendations. Next expansion we will have to rank up approbations. Or maybe it will be esteem? Prestige?

Anyone else notice that since the last update my Exotics upgrade way faster than before. I fully upgraded a weapon and a helmet in just a few hours minus the exotic shard for final node that I get tomorrow. So trading them in for higher levels and upgrading again is okay with me would even be nice to maybe gets different perks.

17 RepliesSo basically if you haven't upgraded your exotics don't bother now because in a few days they'll all be reset if you want to make them stronger Glad I know that now as I was about to use the exotic shard I have. Question though, is it going to be same with exotic armour?
