As previously stated, the grimoire cards and trophies/achievements are sometimes delayed. At most, it shouldn't take more than a day or two to show up.

This can be wrong in some circumstances. Mine took almost a week to finally unlock...

Yeah, I've been capped since the start of the weekend, so it leads me to assume it'll tick over at the end of the week

Microsoft has stated that achievements can take up to a week to appear. Some people have been able to speed this up by logging out of XBL and then launching the game. Sign in when the game prompts you to and the achievements will sometimes appear.
