there is more to it than just rng as i have proven by my last few days using level 1 crap common armor and weapons on my level 27. i finally went up to level 15 uncommons and it slowed down and basically became just rares. i now have a whole safe full of rares and a huge pile of sapphire wire and weapon parts lol. the lower the armor and weapons level the more the loot drops. i put back on my 27 level gear and run the same thing again and get nothing. i try it with level 21 light and a small improvement but not much. i am sorry to say it but i am getting bored again. i leveled up the cryptard decoding the rares but all he gave me were more rares lol. i am still probably going to level up the vanguard later on and see what i get but pfffft. i guess i am bored.
