I finally had to Admit this WHOLE game is Garbage.
I tried with all my heart to make myself believe this game was worth sticking with. I've worked through ..
-Connection Errors every 10-15 seconds(yes...seconds),
-NO content in the story,
-Beautiful Environments with absolutely NOTHING in them,
-Hours and Hours of grinding Bounties and Strikes to get nothing but a worthless Shader,
-Going to the Tower to meet people, only to just stand there and fukcing Point and Dance because there isnt the simplest Chat option available,
-ALL THE OTHER SHIT THAT'S BEEN POSTED A THOUSAND TIMES ON HERE,
-And finally to top all that shit off and Break the Camels back, I Solo the Daily Strike on level 28 for the SLIGHT CHANCE that I might get at least one, just one, fukcing ASCEND SHARD. I make it to the last Swarm with less than Half his life gone, my Super charged, 1 Grenade ready, and
BOOOOMMMMMM....
I get fukced by a BABOON who likes to eat FIGS and spends his days chasing CENTIPEDES.
Of course I went back in the hopes that this piece of shit game might have saved it at the last checkpoint.
NOPE.
NOT THIS WEEK.
That was all it took.
I can't keep Trying to make this game Awesome.
That was BUNGIES job.
They FAILED.
Miserably.
p.s. Every one of you who thought like me and believed in this game are lying to yourselves and you know it.
Destiny IS NOT GOING TO GET BETTER.
You have ALL the games content and mechanics right now.
The patch will not offer a new experience. This is all there is to Destiny. Nothing more.
Pss. To all the flamers that are about to come out the wood works I only have one thing to say.
POWER is measured in Enemies. So hate me with all your hate. Lololol.

You are probably just really frustrated with a tinge of disappointment OP. I think at times we've all been there. It happens. Take a break and regroup. the shards come in waves, now that the patch is here I think you'll get more of them.

Ive had literally 2 connection problems with 5 days played

I LOVE the gunplay, but man, the planet's are like barren wastelands. Once you've patrolled a few times, you know which enemies will spawn where, and it gets pretty dull. I barely see other players, and when I do, we can't interact. I've done all the strikes, the missions, and replayed the VoG a few times (though I'm yet to beat Atheon). I get disconnected every so often too, but that doesn't really bother me. Now all that's left to do really is the same bounties over and over, which doesn't appeal to me. I have 4 exotic weapons so the loot grind doesn't seem to matter (apart from ascendant materials) The crucible isn't for me either. My mutiplayer's have to be balanced for me to enjoy them, and there are too many variables for them to ever balance this one. I think the problem is that there's no variety whatsoever. I know people will say there are updates and DLC coming, but let's be honest, once you've played the strikes a few times and the missions a few times, you've seen everything the game has to offer in terms of structure and mecchanics. I love the gunplay, but it's a pretty average in every other department and I think I'll be selling it after I've beaten Atheon. I've got plenty of hours from the game though, so I can't really complain about that, but it just isn't what people were hoping for unfortunately.

I have many more qualms with this game. They're charging us for content that was finished at launch regardless of what deej is saying. It's upsetting that the game turned out the way it did considering what it could have been.

i hate the random disconnects too. it only happens in this game at the worst times during raids on the last boss, during weekly nightfall strikes before the boss is down. this game is -blam!-ed.

2 RepliesAs far as the connection errors go I have to admit that sucked, but they are fixing it. I had issues with it for about a week but it has stopped completely for me.

3 RepliesCheck your own connection first. If that one's all green, THEN you go here and bitch about Bungie's server issues. Other players can play just fine, while YOU are having problems. Have you taken that into consideration?

+1 But Power, whether scientifically or metaphorically, is the ability to instill change. Think about it. Some people say fear is power, money is power, etc. However, (and referring to that Joules comment) if you look at what 'power' (electricity) physically it is, it's nothing more than a surplus or vacuum of electrons; particles in a constant state of changing velocity until there is balance between the surplus and the void..that and your car battery's now dead.
