I made my own 360 clan, and have 11 people in the group, but can't figure out how to make them part of the clan! This website is BEYOND frustrating!!!

They need to join as a 360 (Xbox) clan, first before joining the clan they need to join your group, once you approve their request to join the group, as members of the group, through the group they can join the clan. They will have that option within the group.

They are already in the group. And what does the button say that they can click on to join the clan? They told me they don't see anything.

You have to go under settings in the group and activate the Xbox clan. Then members of the group will see the button to "set as xbox clan" on the group home page.
