The conversation is only about the Mythic, Legendary & heroic status, missing it, and that if your "Status" emblems were missing then there was nothing they could do. Considering that the Inner Chamber emblem was not based off the ranking system like most of the other emblems, and they were only talking about those emblems & the old ranking system. TL;DR: Look at Image below, read it through, then realize they never speak of any emblems except for the Heroic, Legendary, and Mythic shields.
