I'm having the same problem myself. I contacted everyone and they basically told me the same thing. It turns out that gamestop sold us the actual game and not a preload version of it. (At least to my understanding.) Because of this we can't actually start the download till 12am Tuesday.
Again can't say this enough. This is to my understanding i could be completely wrong in my information.

Okay so it's midnight and the game code didn't work but the blacksmith shader finally did. Looks like I have to wait till 3am...
