If you have early access to Vanguard Armoury hten you get that on the 8th (according to XBox Live Store) so the servers must be up and available

Every preorder gets early access to vanguard armory as per order bonus. I don't understand how this will get you access to server if you have a digital version.

Vanguard armoury is in game but you are right, it doesn't infer server access, any changes you make could be applied once the servers come live. A lot is server side though, no?

No vanguard dlc has nothing to do with it.
