Is there a specific program you used for this? I'm guessing Adobe Illustrator. And a specific tablet?

I used Adobe Illustrator CS6 to create that illustration, but we use Creative Cloud 2014 at my work. The illustration is completely vector. It's not pixel based at all. As for tablet, I actually left my tablet at work so I did that completely with a Logitech wireless mouse. I would have preferred to use my tablet though. I just never put the money down for it and this tablet hasn't really been completely terrible.

Oh, and the new Intuos line with Pen and Touch starts at $99. You should consider getting one :)

My thoughts on an Intuos: I really love my medium Intuos (now called the Intuos Pro), but I'm unsure if it's a faulty one or not. The touch capabilities are really frustrating to deal with, but that's the only complaint I have with it (aside from its size: the medium itself is larger than my 15" laptop). However, there are times where I wonder whether paying an additional $100 or so for an Intuos Pro was worth it for a hobbyist artist such as myself. The current line up of the new Bamboos (now called the Intuos) looks very interesting because of its simple design, and I'm considering buying myself one so I can have a more compact tablet with me during travel. In the end, I'm still looking forward to the Cintiq experience :P But I'm not made of money.
