IMHO, unless you're the one depositing, don't even bother with the GTS. GTS is only good for dex fodder. If you want an actual good pokemon, use a trade forum or Wonder Trade, because many breeders such as myself dump the 5IV pokemon we don't need there all the time. Hell, I've gotten legit shinies from Wonder Trade before. Just do the community a favor and release all the Rt. 2 garbage.
