If I'm going through guardian boot camp and can't swim I should be immediately disqualified from the program. Also weapons jam after being submerged in the water for too long.... Then again this is a game

Nah, it probably won't just my imagination speaking here. It's a game after all... you could probably run over it with a tank and it'll still shoot strait.
