Edited by SrgtSilver: 4/29/2014 4:52:54 PM"Post-movie games" boys. KOTOR and SWTOR are A-okay. They are "pre-movies" You would think the title would explain that -.- Knights of the OLD republic
-
No, that's not true. Anything that isn't the six movies is officially considered "non-canon." Everything.
-
I've read elsewhere contradicting your statement. You've read elsewhere supporting it. Agree to disagree. However, which of us is getting the better deal out if it? My article keeps KOTOR and SWTOR as canon. Plus it makes sense they're still canon. Disney just wants a clean slate AFTER the movies canon in order to do what they want. No need to have a clean slate BEFORE.
-
Actually, that's wrong too. 1) Disney wants full creative control over Star Wars. So they need to erase everything before and after the movies to allow that. 2) Disney plans on releasing a movie every year. Two trilogies. One trilogy takes place after ROTJ, on trilogy takes place before TPM. So they would have to erase anything pre-TPM.
on trilogy takes place before TPM.
It could be about Obi-Wan and his Master.
-
Ohhh please link me to the pre-pre-sequels info :D sounds interesting!
-
I'll look for it, but I'm writing a paper in class ATM. I'll take a break in a couple minutes and try to find it for you.
-
Take your time! If i was wrong I was wrong. But I love Star Wars news and that particular tidbit catches my attention :D
-
This is just speculation, but I really hope the pre-prequel trilogy follows the sort of storytelling mastered in KOTOR.

Q.Q evil men that's who. They probably don't even love their mothers
-
Exactly what I was thinking... Now there is absolutely NO chance of a KOTOR 3.
-
there was never any chance of a KOTOR 3. Lucasarts killed the project before Obsidian could even finish the planning stage.
-
Don't you have a Halo5Informationator documentary to be taking part in?
<3
hello kotor3follower here and here is a great new theory for you now we know activision has declared all of the expanded universe of star wars non-canon, which includes everything not in star wars 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, clone wars, and the christmas special however bungie have also said that some familiar faces will return and i think one of these faces will be darth malak now you might be thinking sion died at the end of the old republic MMO but now that its non canon darth traya could still be alive and i think he will be the main bad guy of star wars episode 7, 8 and 10 now thats all i have time for join my rhombus schemes and piece out
