When Mordin died in the explosion at the Shroud and watching Thane's vid messages in the Citadel DLC. I don't really like Thane that much, it's just his hopefulness of communicating with Shepard and knowing he's already dead. It's like listening to a dead friend's voice mail.

It was sad when mordin died!! Also when I first played the third one (behind the scenes on me I've been in love with Ashley since the first game) when I saw her getting her head slammed by Dr. Eva/ EDI I thought she died/was going to die and I was quite upset. Also when grunt died was really sad for me :,(
