Yes, because the game will basically look like that when you're playing it. It's the same thing with Naughty Dog games. The cutscenes are Pre-Rendered In-Engine. And they look nearly the same, especially since in Uncharted or TLOU they seamlessly flow between cutscene and gameplay with no loading screen. There's barely any difference. We've already seen In-Game screenshots of The Order, and it basically looks just as good as the cutscene.

at least halo 5 didn't have [b]ACTUAL IN ENGINE FOOTAGE[/b] in bold in the corner trying to make fools like you believe it was something amazingly good plus the trailer even said gameplay in the title
