Thanks Goat, I snagged that one. Where are these coming from? Is there a Bungie news article I missed that talks about them?

Not sure yet. The others were handed out at Gamescon - Germany, and this one in the Netherlands. Obviously it will unlock something come the release, but as to what no one knows. The codes are presumably tied to the cards they were on, and will most likely unlock an item or skin for the corresponding title.
