I believe the blame should be equally handed to both parties because liberals and the left bitch and moan "Oh Republicans are evil for not budging!" but apparently it's okay if the Democrats do the same thing; that's completely hypocritical. Also, 5 million votes is not "quite a bit". That's only 4.1% of the population. Obama won by a hair.
