  • Then make them practical! I'm trying to say that it should become practical and used for most births, with basically the only exceptions being people who want to carry their baby and give birth naturally (namely Christians)

  • The hard part is keeping the fetus alive before you get it in the incubator, and where would the fetus get nutrients?

  • I don't know about the keeping it alive part (I even said so in the OP) but I'm assuming it would get nutrients the same way it would in the womb, except the umbilical cord would be artificial. Not sure if that could work but maybe.
