MUH /cgl/! MUH /pol/! MUH /adv/! MUH /w/! MUH /c/! I browse too many boards....
-
Edited by Forever Berg: 8/21/2013 9:25:31 PM/sp/, /vr/, and /pol/ are the only places that I post on /mu/ and /v/ is fun to go to when I want to see autistic fedoratards act elitist over their tastes ...and /d/ is my porn board, but for corruption and not that futa shit.
-
/b/, /y/, and /g/ are the best.
-
>/g/ I hate /g/....
-
I don't post there, but there can be some very interesting threads.
-
Well I hardly ever exit the main boards I listed. In all honesty, I used to browse solely /v/, but then it turned to shit during the summer of 2012. I remember how there would be 10 threads on the front page, 7 of those would be off topic, 1 would be off topic disguised as on topic, and the other two were threads bitching about how the threads are off topic. It was hilarious.
-
Lol, I've never gone on /v/. I've heard it's shit a lot.
-
Board culture is rampant there. If you want to know what it's like: If you like a game you're called a marketer or a drone, fun isn't a description but is a buzzword, if you hate someone then give them publicity, if your favorite game isn't a Valve game or Dark Souls then it's not that good, no modern console game is allowed to be considered good, if you are getting the Xbox One then you have to keep that fact to yourself, and if you say something funny then prepare to be redirected to Reddit through an ironic shitpost.

Sounds a lot like #gaming.
-
I've always thought of #gaming as a /v/-wannabe
-
Pretty much.
-
Oh God dude, don't even get me started. To spot a new comer on /v/ simply look for the person actually discussing Video games. /v/ is to video games what /a/ is to anime. There is no discussion, just arguing and circle jerking. Mods are completely inept and allow threads with hilariously shallow prefaces for derailed discussion to shit up the front page while actual video game discussion is either sent off to 404 land or deleted with the OP banned for "advertising". This bullshit is what caused the big problems in summer of 2011 when threads just blatantly had nothing to do with video games. It was /b/ 2.0, new mods game in and had no idea what to do cause the shit posters responsible for the mess would say things like "board culture". /v/ in summer of 2011 is the root cause of all the problems you are seeing with many of the boards now in some form.
-
Lol. I think that most video game discussion boards are shit just because of the type of people that would go on it (this website is no exception). /x/ is also entertaining in small doses. Sometimes, though, the stupidity of the people who believe in Ouija boards gets to be too much for me.
/x/ is also entertaining in small doses.
THEN WHO WAS PHONE?!
