Why are people so stupid? Serious question.
1. Halo 5 does not come out until next Christmas, not this coming Christmas [b][u]NEXT CHRISTMAS![/u][/b] That is over a year away.
2. E3 is used for major gaming announcements not Gamescom or anything else.
3. Why are you people so -blam!-ing retarded?
Once again, to clarify:
Anyone who actually thinks Halo 5 is going to be shown is a Class A moron.

They've already said Halo 2014 is not Halo 5 but another Halo. Also they announced that it's no longer a trilogy but a Saga so I think they are dropping the numbers altogether.

No they didn't. They haven't said anything about this game at all beyond some vague story hint, not even the official title. It may not be Halo 5 in name, but it's certainly Halo 5 in position, being a very obvious sequel to Halo 4. And they've been calling it a Saga for well over a year now, probably two years. This doesn't refer to the number of games, but to the fact that, all told, with the books, Spartan Ops, comics, Legends and then the games, it's far more accurate to call it a saga instead of a trilogy.

They made a conscious point to go out and openly say utter the words; "it is no longer a trilogy, it is a Saga". No it wasn't always a Saga it was announced as a trilogy, the Reclaimer Trilogy. They also openly said Halo 2014 is not Halo 5. It's some sort of spin off or something but it is featuring MC. They purposely didn't put the number, because it isn't a number game. There probably won't be anymore numbers as they are going to make Halo games indefinitely.
