How long should a couple date before sex?
I'm not talking about one-night stands.
I'm not a virgin, I lost my virginity at thirteen. I'm now sixteen and have been dating my current girlfriend for a little over a year - and we're yet to have sex. It doesn't bother her or I and we don't particularly have a limit on it, but what is the Flood's length of time before rooty-tootie rumpy-pumpy eine kleine bang-bang.

If you're wondering about the seemingly random length of time, it was her birthday present to me. Gotta' say, it was a pretty amazing one. :) To be honest, it varies from person to person. I always say whenever the couple feels that it's the right time.

Well it depends, 1 year is very long it seems you both might be afraid it may end the relationship and its why you havem't taken the plunge? Only one way to find out honestly and if it doesn't work out you realize it wasn't meant to be. If you think you may be with this girl for the long haul its better to find out early that you are sexually compatible. It most likely will enhance the relationship.
