I don't see how a country that still has a royal family can be regarded as democratic. Those two ideas seem to be polar opposites.

UK isn't an absolute monarchy IIRC.

The royal family don't have any real power anymore so I wouldn't worry about them just let them sit and twiddle their thumbs and wipe their arses with the tax payers money
