Kojima's done an interview with GTTV that should be up later this week, and apparently discussed Hayter's not being hired to voice Big Boss this time around.
btw he's not Snake anymore, in Peace Walker's ending he finally believed himself better than The Boss and asked people to call him Big Boss. If he's still called Snake in this game, I will rage.

Good, hopefully this will clear some of it up. I hope they at least get Richard Doyle to do it then.
