I approve. Adding more hair and more muscles and monkey chest hair was just weird.

Oh god yeah I had forgotten about that. I never watched much of the show because I would see him just glowering in SS3 mode on Toonami with his Mullet thing and I would be like "He doesn't look like an interesting character at all..."
