This is for April's issue, and I think they're doing a cover story for this issue is what it sounds like.

Yes, it is April's issue. The mags come out early for online subscribers. The cover story is Thief, and it doesn't have anything new on Destiny really. A nice article and a couple cool concepts, but nothing more. The "new" concept art has been all over the web already.
