It really isn't due to LucasArts .... this time. When Disney bought LucasFilms (parent company) everything at LucasArts got put on hold due to the company not knowing if they would be given financial support. Hopefully, Disney lets the team get back to work with a new budget.

LucasArts quoted that the buyout wouldn't affect the development on 1313. It seems like that person could have been very wrong.
