I take calling people colors instead of their ethnicity highly offensive. Please refer to our president as an African-American. You don't call Asians 'yellows' or Mexicans 'oranges' or 'wetbacks' do you?

Not at all. Racism is the belief of one race over another. Racist jokes don't do this. They simply exploit stereotypical tendencies/traits of specific races for comedic value.

Racist jokes are only truely racist if the person saying the "joke" mean it. A person could take it racially hard but then they are just to stupid to see its a joke and has issues.

"Racist" is an adjective, used to describe a person, place, or thing. "Categorizing", if you will. Adding "Racist" to to the word "Joke" would be describing the joke as "Racist", or, putting that joke into the "Things that are Rascist" category. Basic level English.
