I remember I had problems with Monsoon, but it wasn't so hard in the end (just parry). That being said, yeah, probably Armstrong. I loved the fight against Sam, even though some of his attacks were cheap.

Man screw Monsoon. I'm going for a no-damage run on Revengeance and Monsoon is just an ass. If it wasn't for the fact that his smoke bombs damaged you, I would have beaten him easily. Sam's not too hard, I managed to get the achievment for beating him with no damage, but that was on Hard. Maybe Revengeacne will be a different story. His attacks were easy to predict and block ;) Eugh I'm dreading Armstrong..
