Judge Doom from Who Framed Roger Rabbit on the NES. Are you talking about the original Ninja Gaiden on the NES OP? That was one of the harder boss fights on the NES, Count Dracula from Castlevania, Mike Tyson from Punch Out, and the 1st Boss in Dr. Wily's stages on Mega Man were all extremely difficult as well. I know there's more bosses for the NES that were really hard I just can't think of them right now.

Yeah I was talking about the NES one. The one that flies across the screen with the fireballs is a huge pain I fought the others you mentioned except Mike Tyson (lol) and they were all hard too
