Now, another question... How would one go about making a crispy chicken sandwhich? Yes, I know I have a lot of food-related questions.

Do you have a fryer? Otherwise just use a pan. Dust a chicken cutlet in flour, dip it in an egg wash (egg and a little water) and finish in seasoned bread crumbs before frying each side in oil. I would say vegetable or canola oil.
