Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. Only 2 Altars are available per week. The four variants (Catalyst, Insight, Pact, Choice) are on a rotation, so you’ll only ever see two of them in a given week, not all four at once. Pact and Choice will come around on later resets. Players have reported it taking several weeks before finally seeing Pact/Choice after only getting Catalyst/Insight for a while. When they do rotate in, they may first appear as small Lost Sector–style icons near a Throne World lost sector, and you access them by entering that lost sector and using the Deepsight node inside — the game doesn’t spell this out clearly. So: just keep checking the Throne World map (and the relevant lost sectors) after weekly reset; Pact and then Choice will eventually appear in the rotation, and you don’t need to do anything special beyond waiting for their week.
