Not seeing why Graviton Spike was nerfed at this point.

The nerf to the weapon stat made it so the arc mode can't 2 tap while buffed, making it basically just kill clip if it also operated on a "resource", and that heavy nerf to the stasis mode damage made it so that can't 2 tap either nor does it always slow the target like it's supposed to, making it barely any more dangerous if at all than it was at base. Yet, and I'm not saying any of them are OP, but I can't remember the last time I've seen anyone complain about Kill Clip, Magnificent Howl, or Adagio on any weapon. The weapon stat made some weapons too strong supposedly, so that got nerfed from 6-5%, the extra damage in stasis mode got nerfed from 30-1, and even the both the time to get the buff and I think the duration too were nerfed from 20-7 seconds. I can kind of understand the build up and duration nerfs, but when we can get easy 2 taps with any 120 if it has Kill Clip or Adagio, Magnificent Howl can allow you to 2 crit 1 body the next guy with a 140 (I think it can actually 1 crit 2 body) and probably a 180 too if we see on on those again or 2 tap the third one if you save it, all with weapons that have more stability and/ or range as well as better sights and shorter zoom so you don't have to correct the aim as much as you would otherwise? All of that kind of invalidates the damage nerfs to Graviton, especially when the 2 tap which was the closest to a valid complaint anyone had was only good for every other kill/ set of 3 crits. Why was it's lethality nerfed like that when there's no signs of any of the others getting nerfed as well when they either due to the stats, the frame, the model/ sights, or how the perk functions all have comparable or higher lethality? If it's not going to get reverted or the others nerfed, it should at least get like +10 to the stats and -2 zoom to bring it more in line with what everyone has on their hand cannons, maybe wider sights and remove the top half too. Everything that made it dangerous in pvp was nerfed to the point the only thing that makes it special is that it counts as an exotic. It's no more dangerous than a legendary but has lower stats. Less actually because at least those other weapons with damage perks, most if not every one of them can chain kills rather than only be good for every other kill. If an exotic weapon is no more dangerous in its buffed state than base or is only "good" for every other kill (a problem few to no other exotics have), there's not really a good reason that can be given why it's base isn't equal or better than the legendary alternatives. Hell, even Thorn gets more usage and all that's good for now is the "wall hacks" the poison provides and even while buffed it not only requires 3 shots (like it's not supposed to, but 2 instead), but kills slower than you would with Kill Clip on top of that. The weapon was in the top 10 all of last season, it's not even in the top 100 now and all that took was nerfing half the weapon and a new obtainable energy hand cannon with 2 tap potential except this one can keep chaining 2 taps whereas the other could only do so for every other kill or with stat investments almost no one used if at all. How exactly does that make sense from a logical or balance standpoint? Either the nerf should be reverted or it should get buffs to it's stats to compensate.
