Linked Account with a Deactivated PSN
So I used to have a PSN that my Steam and Playstation were connected to. However, my old PSN got deactivated. I was trying to relink my steam to my new PSN, but I have to Reauthenticate my old PSN. The issue is that my old PSN is no longer useable, as the email used for it is with another PSN now. So I can't reactivate my old PSN to authenticate, and thus I can't unlink my PSN with my Steam. Is there a way bungie can forcefully unlink it for me or nah?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Since the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url] from March 25th, 2025, only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the PSN account in question will remain linked. We recommend reaching out to PSN support in an attempt to recover the account.

Hey there, unfortunately Bungie will never forcible unlink accounts or adjust anyone's cross-save settings under any circumstances.
