I play to relax at night. I'm over 50, and I still have hope for destiny. Getting back to the story telling campaigns. I just got done with the BF6 campaign and it was kinda disappointing, like 4 hrs. So I do play other games, but I'm all about Destiny.

I play the game because I find it fun. Plus I can do whatever content because I have friends who play it. I'm not here to support or be against Bungie. I just enjoy the gameplay.
-
Or they just haven’t had their ah ha moment yet. That’s when you finally realize Bungie is kinda like an exotic dancer. To them we’re all just toys with wallets.
-
Nah, fam. I play because I enjoy playing, not to support the game or Bungie. & anyone who stops playing for whatever reason doesn't magically have their previous time as part of the community made "untrue."

I am a true supporter

I still love D2 but right now there is nothing with doing. I will log on for some Guardian Games though. Can’t wait for that!

I'm not playing Destiny any more, or maybe I'm just in a long break, we'll see. But I've supported the game from day one, bying the full expansions every time, even the last one, so I count myself as a supporter. I have liked playing Destiny, just to cool of after work for an hour, and a bit more on weekends/holidays. Personally I think Destiny has been a lot less fun for every expansion the last years. I have always had hope it would be better sometime, but in my point of view it has steadily turned worse and less fun over the years. Now the future looks bleak for Destiny, unfortunately. Some games hold better than others. I still think Destinys universe have a lot of potential, but unfortunately it seems like Bungie can't make good of it. Many original developers has left and layoffs, so it has probably not been an easy work environment at Bungie.

To some degree I agree - I just wouldn't cut-off those who aren't playing as the community also. I've taken multiple breaks in even my limited D2 career (lol funny to say but like only 5-6 years compared to some others longer terms) And to support your point a bit - I was sick yesterday and what made me feel better is just deciding to log in Destiny 2.... ---Cleaned up the vault.. ---farmed some t5 godrolls I wanted in the EOF loot cave on Mythic Kepler.. ---picked up that spare rations to try in crucible.. I admit I picked up that stochastic (which has a >50% chance of being dismantled) and that persuader (never used this thing but muscle memory from bounties requiring snipers, lol... who knows high ground discord could be useful in PVE).. ---I then decided the next META might involve those heavy burst hand canons so I yanked like 8-10 Maahes from Banshee to get ready, lol (life is as you view it) ---... I went to Europa to get some more High Albedo, Hailing Confusion and Arctic Haze (fun to pair with a scout in PVP)... ...and it was good :) ... no politics... no numbers -
Buddy ive been playing since Y1 of d2 and the game is on life support, its worse than curse of Osiris, shadow-keep, and lightfall combined

There are competitions where you have to try to be the last one to touch a car in order to win it :) Here, you just don't win anything... I think the current players just don't know where to go and are doing it out of habit. It's a bit like a game of skat on Friday.

Not supporters. There's a contest to see who the last player will be.
