Can anyone explain the drop chance of heirloom because I did my weekly 3 attempts at it and I have a 10 drop boost and not get it, but my friend got it first character at 2 drop boost

Take this with a grain of salt as it is entirely anecdotal evidence based upon my own experience: When it comes to Dungeon Exotics I sometimes wonder whether Solo player, single-session (not necessarily Flawless) clears might have a higher base drop rate before any Triumph boosts are taken into account. I say this as I’ve obtained every such RNG Exotic drop from Heartshadow onward within five Solo, single-session clears of their respective Dungeons (without any grouped clears before getting each Exotic), with most drops occurring with just three clears. This anecdotal evidence admittedly becomes a bit muddied due to the fact that every Dungeon Exotic aside from Icebreaker* dropped for me with four active Triumph boosts (invariably for Solo, Flawless and Solo Flawless clears as well as for finding all lore interactibles) for their respective Activities, so it is unclear how much of this falls within the bounds of “reasonable” RNG expectations rather than an actual indication that Solo clears have an elevated base drop rate over grouped clears. * Icebreaker being the lone exception here as I got it on my first clear of VH before I had the chance to claim any Triumphs, although this was also a Solo Flawless run after many failed attempts which is nice I don’t particularly want to repeat the Puppeteer fight as a Solo player. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)

What I cannot understand is this: they made every 'legacy' Raid and Dungeon weapon farmable, and this was a universally well-received decision. So they decided to not extend that popular QoL change to the only Raid and Dungeon where there is anything else worth farming...... And that's ignoring the fact that time-limiting attempts is completely antithetical to a loot-chase-based game to begin with........
