Hello there,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues collecting this particular Strangelet. To help us investigate any underlying issues that may be occurring, can you also provide us with a short video showing what happens when you try to dunk the Strangelet on Fabled difficulty? You can upload it to one of the media-sharing websites listed below:

Have you found a solution to this problem? The latest updates to the game have not solved the issue.

Hello again, Thank you very much for your response. After further discussions, and to rule this out as a potential cause for the issue, can you also provide us with a short video showing you collecting and dunking the other Strangelet capsule in the area?

Edited by Emar af Thay: 10/30/2025 10:07:11 AMHere is the video you requested. It was recorded today. I can pick up the Strangelet, but then the game briefly shows the message "Strangelet Capsule Already Collected". Then going back to Caldera, nothing can be dunked. https://youtu.be/D7t1SOWPe4E

Hello again, Thank you very much for your response and the additional video. It appears this is for the same capsule that you've already provided a video for previously. If possible, to ensure this may not be an issue with the other secret capsule, can you also provide us with a short video showing you attempting to collect (and dunk if needed) the other secret capsule.

It's already completed. It's not on the map. How do I start it?
-
Hello again, Thanks for the response. The first of the secret capsules should be at Curtilage Divide, by defeating the miniboss that spawns after activating the system purge. We'd kindly ask that you go through the process of unlocking that particular capsule again and try dunking it if possible (including all of this in a video).

Incidentally, my Warlock has this quest as an abandoned one at the Altar of Relativity. I rarely use my Warlock, and it has just started the Kepler story, so it is still on Brave difficulty. Why does it have my Titan's fabled quest? And of course, there is nothing my Warlock to dunk either. The attached image shows my Warlock's altar. My Hunter is also on Brave, but does not have my Titan's fabled quest listed as abandoned. https://photos.app.goo.gl/kBKXW8SxJHupKeX19

Hello again, Thank you very much for your response and the additional media. After doing some further digging into your main account, it appears that you are starting the mission in the area indicated on your map. Please note that the strangelet capsule in the mission is not the secret capsule you need to complete these. To get the secret Strangelet Capsule, you will need to navigate to the area indicated on your map on the correct difficulty and clear out the patrol zone. Defeating these enemies should allow you to collect a capsule in the same area.

I see. Sounds plausible. I went through that process just now, but alas, nothing to pickup and nothing to dunk, as you can see in the video. Please note, that at the beginning of the video you can see the shield that would protect the capsule. But there is no capsule in there. So, nothing to pick up, and when going to Caldera there is nothing to dunk either. https://youtu.be/JwB2ih-P9LM

Go to the one shown at the beginning of this video - https://youtu.be/19jaemSUmME?t=7 You'll have already done the one that you showed in your video; the strangelet shields appear even if you have already done it - as you can see here; the one linked above is still shielded for me despite being done already.

Thank you SO much!!! Finally some useful info. I realize now I was focusing on the wrong thing. This looks like the missing piece to my puzzle. Thanks again!
-
How about the video already attached to the topic?
-
Hello again, Thank you for your response. The video provided appears to be the collection of the strangelet, but does not appear to show the dunking process itself. If possible, can you provide us with this additional video? We would only need a video showing what happens when you try dunking the capsule on Fabled.

As the video shows, there is no way to interact with the receptacle. I should be able to deposit it by pressing 'E', but while I am moving around it trying different angles and distance, I am pressing 'E' just in case it would actually activate it. But nothing happens.

Fast forward to the end. https://youtu.be/IxHRy5lU17c?feature=shared
