Yes, it’s time for a major change. Whoever is running the game needs to go. It’s clear they no longer know how to improve it, repeating the same mistakes over and over.
I might sound like an a**hole, but I hope they fail and someone else takes over. It’s risky because things could get worse, but at that point I think they’d just shut everything down.
