Is this Dungeon first part still possible to farm to get velocity baton?
Got 2 clears but not single velocity batons.

Yes it drops from the final boss but honestly might be quicker/easier to farm first if you cant one phase Dont forget to hit the focus chest 3x characters a week thats 3 drops of the gun guaranteed

Yes. The first encounter also has a few things on the lootpool list so dont expect a baton every time
