Nah, with FT scaling you can contribute just as much as the power leader. T4 activities should drop T4 quality but at your appropriate power level.

If you're not scaled up, then yes but you're scaled up to power so doesn't that make you able to carry your own weight? Why bother having power scaling if you're dismissed as being carried? Just remove it so there's no such thing as "being carried"
