Well, are you satirizing that they deleted some of the game content? Well, my title should be to develop Destiny2 for switch2 in order to sell more dlc.

No I’m not satirizing anything wtf are you talking about
I’m being serious future d2 dlc should not appear on Xbox one or ps4 they quite literally hold Bungie back due to technical limitations
The same thing happened when the rise of iron in d1 didn’t appear on the xbox 360 or ps3
Sorry, my English is not good. I think you are right, but I think switch2 is a modern device that can run modern large-scale games. And destiny2, to be honest, doesn't have much graphic improvement. Especially, a large number of low-resolution textures are used in the scene, which makes D2 gap with other modern games. So I think switch2 can work well throughout the life cycle of d2. But bungie should indeed give up obsolete devices to develop d3 for new devices.
Taken King was on PS3 and Xbox 360, it was Rise of Iron that wasn't on them.
As someone who still plays Destiny 2 on PS4 I do agree that it can hold back development due to technical limitations of the PS4 and Xbox One.
Personnely I think PS4 and Xbox One should be separated simply because from what I'v experienced the old gen consoles and current gen consoles/PC don't run well together.
Separation may be the only way, but it can be predicted that this will increase the matching time of ps4/xbox360 players, and eventually they will passively join new platforms.
