Destiny 2 Crashing With Broccoli Error Code Repeatedly.

I’ve been struggling with the Broccoli Error codes in Destiny 2, and despite trying various fixes, I can’t seem to resolve the issue. The game consistently crashes after a few minutes of gameplay, no matter the activity. TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED: GPU Drivers: Rolled back drivers & used DDU multiple times. Tried both Studio & Game Ready drivers (current & previous). Reinstallation & Storage: Reinstalled Destiny 2. Installed on multiple drives: M.2 SSD, SATA SSD, HDD. OC/UV Settings: Disabled all overclocks (OC). Undervolted & overclocked GPU (voltages, clocks, mem clocks). Overclocked CPU (PBO) with various timings. Undervolted CPU voltage. Removed CMOS battery. BIOS: Updated BIOS to latest version. Reset BIOS to default settings. Tried previous BIOS versions. NVIDIA & Destiny 2 Settings: Adjusted NVIDIA control panel (shader cache, V-Sync, power management). Set Destiny 2 frame cap. Enabled NVIDIA G-Sync. Windows Settings: Disabled Windows 11 Game Mode. Deleted CVARS file and refreshed Destiny 2. Tested in Windows Safe Mode. Stress Testing & Diagnostics: Stress tested GPU (SteelNomad, Timespy, Port Royal) — no issues. Tested in other demanding games (Cyberpunk 2077, RDR2, GTAV, PUBG) — no issues. Stress tested CPU (CBR23, Cinebench, OCCT) — no issues. Stress tested RAM (Karhu, Windows Memory Diagnostic, Mem86) — no issues. Downclocked GPU, reduced power target — no impact. Other: Disabled Steam Overlay, no other overlays. Verified all drivers (chipset, etc.) — no issues in other games. PC Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D Motherboard: ASUS Strix X670E-F Wi-Fi Gaming GPU: ASUS TUF RTX 4090 RAM: 64GB (2x32GB) 6000MHz DDR5 OS: Windows 11 Pro (24H2 & 23H2 ATTEMPTED BOTH)

    • Idk what the fix is. But the newest nvidia drivers are cause a fake memory leak issue, post the last update of d2. I had to literally dig through a dump file to find this. 03/18/2025 Version 572.83 seems to be stable. Maybe bungie could give Nvidia and other gpu devs a wink and a nudge.
