I just played a match of it and I don't think I particularly enjoyed it. There's not enough options to properly engage in my opinion. You get shoot, move, dash, and a slightly more effective shot on a long cooldown.
Too many times I found myself right face to face with someone with neither of use being able to do anything. The shots are slow enough to make strafing and dodging effective, which is neat, but the vehicles move so slow that it's not really fun to dodge. On top of that, there's so much cooldowns between all 3 actions that I often found myself a dancing match of attrition. Just me and an opponent circle-strafing each other, waiting on cd's. It felt very awkward.
All in all, it was a tediously slow, clunky experience. I do like the idea of slower, bigger projectiles that you have to lead to hit, but the clunky feel and slow pace was a turn off for me. Maybe if there was a bit more distance between the teams and better spawns, it could be more enjoyable. Maybe reduce the dodge significantly and a drastic increase to damage to add an aspect of strategy of when to shoot, rather than just shoot every time you're off cooldown. Maybe add a channeled function that makes you very vulnerable, but you can slowly repair you hp in the state.
