Destiny 2 PS4 will not load after hitting launch
I have a PS5 account which I use, had a spare account made on my PS4 which I am giving to my Fiancé to play. I did start playing on that second account on PS4 and PS5. Is the second account which is also on my PS5 which has a character and saved data affecting the PS4 from loading Destiny 2 after hitting launch?

As the save file should work on either platform, we suggest you try some troubleshooting to try and resolve any underlying issues that may be occurring with the game files. We first recommend trying to clear your console's game cache.
