Hey there. You've got three deleted characters on your XBox account, with about 1,000 hours of playtime across them. Maybe your friend deleted them under the assumption that it was a locally stored save, not understanding that they 'belonged' to your live account and that deleting them on his PC, deleted them for you.
Unfortunately Bungie does not restore deleted items or characters.

You titled the post 'cross save issue' but you do not have cross-save set up. Nor so I see how cross save is related, this is a manual character deletion.

No i was watching them the whole time there js no way they have deleted anything all we did was enable cross save and log in using steam

Edited by EckyThump: 2/21/2025 2:57:22 PMThey've definitely been manually deleted; because you can't delete all three characters at once, someone wishing to get rid of all the existing characters that will delete two, create a new character, and then delete the third old one. That's why you've got a Titan with starter gear. So if you're trying to say this is a cross-save issue (and you do not have cross-save active) it is not. Someone deleted them. Then since you're saying you logged into someone else's PC, what else can I really say. Did you wipe your credentials off their PC when you were done? If not, they'd still have access.

Yeah i disabled cross save to see if it would work but it didn’t honestly idc about the weapons and that im js bummed that ill have to do the tutorial and artifice armor grind again….
