Become Legend is legendary campaign
You've been doing the normal missions, if they feel difficult then check your power against the recommended.

Without any evidence of it, they aren't going to look into it. With there also being no reports other than yours since TFS launched almost 12 months ago, that points more at you picking the wrong difficulty.
