When Ether siphon activates it removes one charge from RDM stacks, when Ether deactivates it removes a second charge.

I believe it may have been a connection issue. However I will say RDM in PVE class ability regen is very spotty. It’s hard to tell if it’s random full regen, incremental, etc. the verbiage should be better.
