Someone else said theirs didn’t work but they just hadn’t put batteries in. If it’s actually faulty then contact the Bungie store. You can’t get help with purchases here.

It was a issue with the part that rotates the cylinder magazine, I had to manually fix it which took a few hours.

Glad you got it sorted. Did you contact the Bungie store about it? You shouldn’t need to mess with something you’ve just bought new.
