My armour and guns are all light level 2000 but my gear rating is apparently 1989
My over all light level is 2000 including bonus (11) all of my gear is 2000+ weapons and armour. If I hover over my light level my gear is apparently 1989.

For some people the artifact bonus power seems to be getting subtracted from their power, I'm not sure if its just a visual bug or if it has an actual impact. BNGHelp passed it on to the devs a few days ago to be looked into. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264394620
