"Suprise" loot and ammo drops
They have to get rid of the "suprise" explosive loot and ammo drops. It literally ruins flawless runs and it's not even a skill issue. For example you can't even use a sword to kill enemies because the ammo drops right on you. Or you're in the heat if battle and happen to run over a heavy ammo brick but it explodes and kills you. Stupidest thing ever. Get it out of the game.

I think it’s too disruptive for the gameplay loop as is. I dislike it.
